This page explains what we offer, how you receive it, and how the Test Engine fits into your preparation. Keep it as a quick reference.

1. What we offer

Each product is a question bank for one certification exam, delivered as a downloadable PDF. Every update goes through our own accuracy checks before it is released.

On each exam page you choose between the PDF on its own and PDF + Test Engine, which adds the interactive practice described below for $8 more.

2. How delivery works

Right after checkout your files appear in Account > Downloads. Click Download and save the PDF; the file is yours to keep.

3. The Test Engine

PDF + Test Engine includes 90 days of online access. Sign in with the email you used at checkout and your purchased exams appear in the Test Engine automatically; there is nothing else to activate.

The Test Engine provides:

• Study mode: work through the questions one by one, reveal the answer and read the explanation.
• Custom practice tests: choose how many questions you want, shuffled, timed or untimed.
• Exam-style interface: multiple-choice questions are fully interactive; drag-and-drop and other interactive formats are shown for study.
• Review of mistakes: questions you got wrong are saved so you can go back to them until you are ready.
• Sync across devices: sign in from any browser and your progress and attempts follow you.

Every exam includes free sample questions, so you can try the Test Engine from any exam page before you buy.

4. Need help?

We reply to email within 24 hours, and live chat is staffed daily from 00:00 to 17:00 UTC. If you fail your exam or receive a damaged file, the refund policy explains how to request a refund. For anything else, start with the FAQ or the contact page.
