Is CertificationTest legitimate?
Yes. Every review on our Trustpilot page comes from a real customer. We ask buyers for feedback, but we never write or edit reviews. Reviewers often mention which exams worked well for them.
What are the practice tests like?
Each product is a question bank for one certification exam, available as a PDF and, with the Test Engine option, as interactive online practice with answer explanations, bookmarks and progress tracking. Questions are reviewed and refreshed as the exam changes, so you practice with the current set.
How accurate are the questions?
Coverage differs from exam to exam and changes when a vendor updates its objectives. Use the free sample and PDF preview on each exam page to judge the material before you buy, and report any question that looks wrong from inside the Test Engine so we can review it.
How often are updates provided?
Updates are free for the 90 days of your access period. New questions are usually added at the start of each month or whenever the question bank changes. Download the latest file at any time from Account > Downloads.
What is your refund policy?
If you fail your exam, or if you receive a damaged or unreadable file, you can ask for a refund. The refund policy explains what to send us.
How do I access my purchased practice tests?
Sign in with the email you used at checkout and open Account > Downloads. Save a local copy of the PDF so you can study offline.
Are the tests time-limited?
No. A downloaded PDF can be opened as often as you like. Online access to the Test Engine lasts 90 days from purchase, and you can choose timed or untimed practice sessions.
Do you guarantee that I will pass?
No study resource can guarantee an exam result. Our practice tests are built to help you prepare, but your result also depends on how you study and on the exam itself. We recommend using them alongside the vendor's official exam objectives.
How can I contact support?
